Round 2 of the NBA WESTERN Conference Playoffs Wolves v Nuggets
Intro:
Aye yo! This is yo boy 2 Buck Chuck right here in the place to be “Da Merse” The 2nd round of the NBA Western Conference Playoffs has been interesting indeed, particularly The Minnesota Timberwolves v The Denver Nuggets. Let’s get into it.
Game 1:
After eliminating my team The Los Angeles Lakers in 5 games, Denver was ready for the , or were they? The Minnesota Timberwolves lead, by Anthony Edwards, & Karl Anthony Townes just won their series against The Phoenix Suns so this should be an interesting series. From bat , Denver had problems w/ Minnesota’s energy as Rudy Gobert controlled the paint despite Jokic scoring 32 points but Gobert got two blocks & energized Minnesota’s defense. Murray struggled, scoring only 17 points. Denver shot a dismal 46.7% from the field, & was out rebounded badly. Anthony Edwards emerged as a sar scoring 43 points to be the game leading scorer. Karl Anthony Townes scored 20 points, Conley scored 14 points. The Wolves won the game 106-99 in a slug out. How will the champs respond?
Game 2:
After getting out rebounded in Game 1 Denver hit the boards harder in game two. Maybe it has to do. w/Rudy Gobert DNPing because of the birth of his son. Congratulations to Gobert . This game was pretty much out of reach for the Nuggets as The T-Wolves dismantled them 106-80 in Denver. Ouch!
Conclusion:
At press time the series is tied 3-3 going back to Denver for game 7. The Timberwolves are definitely a team in the rise and & a team to look out for. Anthony Edwards is ready to take the league to new heights at only 22 years of age, & is already Superstar Status. We’ll see what happens, that’s it for me. Catch ya on the next one. Cha-Ching!
Editors note: The T-Wolves won the series. So it’ll be Minnesota Timberwolves v The Dallas Mavericks. That’ll be one hell of a series.
