USA MEN’S BASKETBALL TEAM!

I. Introducing The 2024 USA Basketball Olympic
Team.
The 2024 USA Basketball Olympic team was a special one indeed w/ The best stars playing in the NBA today. Starting w/ one of the all-time greats LeBron James, Anthony Davis “Lakers!” Anthony Edwards, Chef Steph Curry, Kevin Durant, former NBA MVP Joel Embid, Devin Booker, up & coming star Tyrese Haliburton, Drew Holiday, & 2024 NBA Finals MVP Jason Tatum. Coached by Steve Kurr the decorated coach looked to lead his team to the gold.
II. How does this team compare to the other Olympic basketball teams
It would have been interesting to see this team match up w/ the 1960 team w/ Jerry West, & Elgin Baylor as stars of that team. There would be a lot of running, & 3 pointers made in this game. The 1984 team was great w/ the likes of Michael Jordan, Chris Mullin, & Patrick Ewing, & was coached by Indiana Coach Bobby Knight. Even though the 84 team was Dominant, the 24 team would crush this team. The Dream Team of 92 needs no introduction, this would be a great game, to see Magic v Curry, Bird v LeBron, Ewing, David Robinson v Embid, & A.D, K D v Scottie Pippen , Mullin v Jayson Tatum, & so fourth. Even though The Dream Team blew out their competition, this match up can go either way. The 96 team would give the 24 team a run for their money w/ the likes of Shaq, Penny Hardaway, Grant Hill, Gary Payton Reggie Miller, Hakeem Olajuwon, & other great players. This might sound crazy but I’ll give the slight edge to the 96 team over the 24 team. Honorable mentions are the 2008, & 2012 teams in which Kobe Bryant played on both, but I didn’t mention these two teams because LeBron played on all three teams, & K.D played on the 2012 team.
II. The bottom line is, win the gold!
The 2024 team barrelled through the competition, but almost lost to Sudan, a team that has some pretty good players. They managed to get to the gold medal game undefeated, & face off against Serbia who has The NBA MVP, & The NBA Finals MVP Nicola “Joker” Jokic on their team. Serbia kept it competitive, but Steph Curry was clutch in the the second half especially in the 4th quarter, giving the USA a 95-91 victory over the Serbians. LeBron James was named The MVP ,& won his 3rd gold medal. The USA Basketball team showed that they are still the most dominant team in the world. That’s it for 2 Buck Chuck, catch you on the next one. Cha-Ching!
