NBA Opening Night. Was it entertaining?

Intro:

It’s that time again,  the NBA season is upon us so let’s get into it.

Rockets  v  Thunder:

This is the season opener & a showdown between Shai & KD on NBC.  On paper this is a great match-up,  but the Thunder showed why they’re the champs, & took care of Rockets,  after lifting up OKC’s first world championship banner, & receiving their championship rings.

Warriors v Lakers:

Next up Lakers v Warriors,  Steph v Luca on a nice showdown.  Luca scored over 40 points,  Steph scored twenty, but was hitting 3s when The Warriors needed them. Jimmy Butler led the way for Golden State as The Warriors dominated the Lakers in the 3rd, & 4th quarters for the convincing win.

Conclusion:

The NBA on Peacock is so far so good. We got a recorded appearance from Michael Jordan,  & a fight (light weight) between Vanderbilt,  & Dramond Green, & Stephen Curry getting tangled up with Marcus Smart. It looks like the physicality is back, so this was very entertaining to me.  Well that’s it for now, catch 2 Buck Chuck on the rebound.  Cha-Ching!
